Email [email protected] — I answer within two business days, usually much faster. Include the Actor name and, for run problems, the run ID or a link to the run in your Apify console.
Common questions
- How do I run an Actor? Open it on the Apify Store, click Try for free, fill in the input form and press Start. Results appear in the run's Dataset tab, exportable as JSON, CSV or Excel. The Apify free plan includes $5 of usage a month, enough for tens of thousands of rows.
- What does it cost? Each Actor charges per result (for example $0.10 per 1,000 reviews) plus Apify's standard platform usage, which is tiny for these tools. A run that returns nothing costs nothing. You can cap the maximum charge of every run in its settings.
- Can I automate it? Yes — every Actor works through the Apify API, scheduled runs, and the Apify integrations for Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Sheets and LangChain. The product page shows a ready-made API call.
- A run returned fewer rows than expected. Some stores cap what they expose (Apple's public feed shows at most 500 recent reviews per country). If a source changed and the Actor broke, it is monitored daily and normally fixed within 24 hours — a note helps me prioritise.
- Need a source or field that isn't covered? Write to me. Feature requests from users decide what gets built next.
- Billing, invoices, refunds for Apify usage are handled by Apify from your console under Billing; I can't see or change your Apify account.
